Built in 1869, the Limestone Mansion is a beautifully restored Victorian bed and breakfast nestled in the charming village of Cherry Valley. With its striking limestone façade, period details, and warm, inviting atmosphere, the mansion offers guests a blend of historic elegance and modern comfort.
Located just minutes from Cooperstown and the renowned Glimmerglass Opera, our home provides a peaceful retreat with convenient access to the area’s cultural attractions, dining, and scenic countryside.

Originally constructed from locally quarried limestone, the mansion has been a Cherry Valley landmark for more than 150 years. Its grand staircase, intricate woodwork, high ceilings, and Victorian architectural features have been lovingly preserved.

Breakfast at the Limestone Mansion
Breakfast is a cherished part of the experience here. Each morning begins with a freshly prepared meal, often featuring homemade breads and seasonal flavors. Guests consistently tell us that breakfast is one of the highlights of their stay.
If you would like to include an additional guest for breakfast, this enhancement may be selected during the booking process with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Check-Out – $15 per hour
Extend your stay with a later departure time of up to 1:30 PM (standard check-out is 11:00 AM). A relaxed way to end your visit.
Extra Breakfast Guest – $15 per person
Invite a friend or family member to join you for breakfast. Requires 24 hours’ notice.
Floral Add-Ons – Varied Pricing
In partnership with Rose is a Rose florist, we offer custom floral arrangements for celebrations, surprises, or simply to brighten your room. Options include:
