How It Works
Book Your Stay – Select your dates and room on our website.
Add the Rail Explorers Discount – During the booking process, choose the Rail Explorers Adventure Add-On as an "Extra" to receive 20% off your tour. (Discount applies to one booking per Limestone Mansion reservation.)
Choose a Snack Box (Optional) – Want a snack for the ride? Add a Classic or Gourmet Snack Box to your booking, and we’ll have it ready before you head out. (24-hour notice required.)
We Coordinate Your Rail Tour – After confirming your stay, we’ll send your details to Rail Explorers. They’ll contact you directly to schedule your ride and apply the 20% discount. You will pay Rail Explorers directly for the tour.
Receive Your Confirmation – Once you finalize your rail booking, you and the Limestone Mansion will receive an email from Rail Explorers with the tour details.
Enjoy Your Ride! – If you ordered a snack box, we’ll have it ready for you before you leave for your adventure!
Important Details & Restrictions
- Your tour must take place during your stay at the Limestone Mansion.
- Valid only for the 2025 Cooperstown Rail Explorers season (April 26 – Nov 2, 2025).
- Discount applies to one booking per Limestone Mansion reservation.(Does not include the 2.75% Rail Explorer booking fee.)
- Subject to availability.
- Not valid on the following holidays or specialty tours:
- Memorial Day (May 26, 2025)
- Fourth of July (July 4, 2025)
- Labor Day (September 1, 2025)
- Columbus Day (October 13, 2025)
