Turn your stay at the Limestone Mansion into an unforgettable culinary getaway with our Wood-Fired Pizza-Making Experience! Available for guests staying on select weekends, this hands-on experience offers the perfect blend of fun, flavor, and relaxation.

This experience is only available on select weekends. The experience is on Saturday evening of the weekend:

• May 30 - Jun 1
• Sept 12 - Sept 14
• Sept 26 - Sept 28

What’s Included:

• Hands-on pizza-making class with expert guidance from Chef Jake.
• A custom Limestone Mansion apron to wear and take home (a $45 value).
• Fresh salad and dessert served alongside your wood-fired pizza.
• Choice of beverage: water, soda, or iced tea. (If alcohol included extra selected then a glass of wine or beer is included with your meal.  Additional wine and beer available for purchase)

Pricing Options (in addition to room stay):

• Non-Alcoholic Package: $125 (+ tax) per person
• Alcohol-Included Package: $135 (+ tax) per person (includes a glass of beer or wine with dinner)

Additional beer and wine available for purchase during the meal.

How to Book:

• Check availability for one of the weekends listed above.  When reserving your room, add the Pizza Experience: with Alcohol or Pizza Experience: no Alcohol Extra during the reservation process.  (Extras are labeled as step 2 in the booking process)

Friday – Arrival & Welcome:

• Check in at the Limestone Mansion after 3:00 PM and settle into your charming guest room.
• Enjoy a relaxing evening with dinner just steps away:
  • For an elegant sit-down meal, head to the Rose & Kettle, known for its farm-to-table offerings.
  • Prefer something casual? Red Shed Ale House offers a relaxed atmosphere with great local brews and comfort food.
• After dinner, unwind in the parlor or enjoy a quiet evening on the porch.

Saturday – Explore & Pizza Night:

• Start your day with a delicious homemade breakfast served at the Limestone Mansion.
• Spend your morning exploring Cherry Valley:
  • Enjoy some retail therapy in the village shops.
  • Take a short drive to Cooperstown to visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame, Fenimore Art Museum Farmers' Museum, or enjoy a round of golf.
• Return to the Limestone Mansion by 4:30 PM for the Wood-Fired Pizza-Making Experience:
  • Learn how to stretch and shape your own pizza dough.
  • Discover how to make the perfect pizza sauce from scratch.
  • Choose from a variety of toppings to create your perfect 10-inch pizza.
  • Bake your pizza in our wood-fired oven while enjoying a complimentary beverage.
  • Sit down to enjoy your creation alongside a fresh salad and decadent dessert.
  • Relax under the stars as the evening winds down, with additional beer and wine available for purchase.

Sunday – Farewell:

• Enjoy another homemade breakfast at the Limestone Mansion.
• Check out by 11:00 AM, refreshed and filled with wonderful memories.
