Whether you're gathering for a family reunion, celebrating a special occasion, attending a local event, or simply traveling together, we're happy to help coordinate your stay.
A Unique Place to Stay Together
With 10 individually decorated guest rooms and a variety of bed configurations, the Mansion works especially well for groups who want the convenience of staying under one roof while still having their own private spaces.
Guests can gather in the Mansion's shared common areas, relax together between activities, and enjoy breakfast each morning as part of their stay. Our Cherry Valley location also provides convenient access to Cooperstown, the Glimmerglass Festival, and other attractions throughout the area.
How Group Reservations Work
Because we're a small, independently operated bed and breakfast, we coordinate group reservations personally.
When availability allows, we can place a complimentary three-day hold on rooms while you confirm plans with your group. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll work with the group organizer to establish the reservation details.
Guests may pay for their rooms individually, or the group organizer may arrange payment for multiple rooms. We'll explain the available options and important dates when your group reservation is established.
Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Weekend
Due to exceptionally high demand, group reservations are not available for Baseball Hall of Fame Induction Weekend. Individual rooms may be reserved through our standard booking process, subject to availability.
Group Reservation & Cancellation Terms
Group stays are subject to reservation and cancellation terms that differ from our standard individual-room policies. Complete terms, including payment and cancellation requirements, will be provided to the group organizer before the reservation is confirmed.
