We are approximately 14.5 miles from the Village of Cooperstown, about a 20-minute drive under normal conditions.
The National Baseball Hall of Fame and the shops, restaurants, and attractions of downtown Cooperstown are located in the village.

Limestone Mansion is approximately 10 miles from the Glimmerglass Festival, about a 15-minute drive under normal conditions.
How far are you from Cooperstown Dreams Park?
Cooperstown Dreams Park is approximately 18.5 miles from Limestone Mansion. Drive times can vary, particularly during tournament weeks and other busy periods.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is included with every overnight stay. Each morning, guests can enjoy a selection of breakfast favorites along with a chef's-choice hot dish that changes daily.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?
We make a reasonable effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies with at least 48 hours' advance notice.
Guests with severe or complex dietary needs are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can discuss your needs and determine whether we can safely accommodate them.
Can I invite someone who isn't staying at the Mansion to breakfast?
Yes, with advance notice and subject to availability. Breakfast for additional guests is $18 per adult and $12 per child. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements for your arrival.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Is there an elevator?
No. Limestone Mansion is a historic home built in 1869, and the property does not have an elevator.
All guest rooms are located on the second or third floor and require the use of stairs. If stairs or mobility are a concern, please contact us before booking. We are happy to explain the location and access of individual rooms so you can determine whether the property is a good fit for your stay.
Do all guest rooms have private bathrooms?
No. We offer accommodations with both private and shared bathrooms, depending on the room selected.

Are the guest rooms air-conditioned?
Yes. Guest rooms have air conditioning. Because Limestone Mansion is a historic property, the type of climate-control system varies depending on the location of the room.
Are there televisions in the rooms?
Yes. All guest rooms have Roku-enabled Smart TVs. Guests may sign in to their own streaming services during their stay, and the TVs are set to automatically sign out guest accounts at the end of the stay.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the Mansion.
Because of the Mansion's thick historic walls, cellular reception can vary inside the building. Guests may find Wi-Fi Calling helpful during their stay.
Are there refrigerators or microwaves available?
Individual guest rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves.
Guests have access to the Scullery, our second-floor guest common room, which includes a full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, table and chairs, comfortable seating, and a TV.
Labels are provided for guests to identify items placed in the shared refrigerator.
Is there a fitness area?
Yes. Our third-floor Fitness Nook includes a Peloton bike, adjustable dumbbells, bench, resistance bands, and yoga equipment.
Guests must be at least 16 years old and complete an electronic waiver before receiving the access code.
Where can I park?
Complimentary parking is available behind the Mansion and along Main Street in front of the property.
Because on-site parking is limited, additional public parking is also available nearby in the Village of Cherry Valley.
Do you have EV charging?
We do not have an EV charger on the property. A Level 2 public charging station is available nearby in the Village of Cherry Valley. Overnight parking at the village charging location is not permitted.
Are children welcome?
Yes. While the Mansion is best suited for children ages 12 and older, families with children of all ages are welcome.
Children must stay in a room with an adult age 25 or older. Please review room occupancy limits when choosing your accommodations.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not permitted at Limestone Mansion. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
What is your minimum-stay requirement?
Minimum stays vary depending on the dates of your visit, day of the week, season, special events, rate plan, and availability.
The minimum stay that applies to your selected dates will be displayed when you search for availability in our booking system. Certain high-demand and special-event dates may require longer stays.
What is your payment policy?
Payment depends on the rate you select.
Our Flexible Rate requires a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation, but no payment is charged at booking. Full payment is charged 14 days before arrival.
Our Advance Purchase – Save 10% rate requires full payment at booking and is non-refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the rate selected.
Our Flexible Rate allows cancellation without penalty until 15 days before arrival. Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.
Our Advance Purchase – Save 10% rate is non-refundable from the time of booking. Special-event and contracted reservations may have different cancellation terms.
