  1. Are credit cards accepted?
    • ​​​​Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
  2. At what time can guests check-in?
    • ​​Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 pm.
  3. At what time is check-out?
    • Check-out time is by 11:00 am.
  4. Is breakfast provided as part of the stay?
    • Yes, breakfast is included.
  5. Is it possible to invite a non-staying guest to breakfast?
    • Yes, you may arrange for an additional guest at breakfast for a fee. Please provide 24-hour notice.
  6. What is your payment policy? 
    • A 50% deposit is required upon booking.  The balance is due in full at check-in.  
  7. What is the cancellation policy?
    • Cancellation of 14 days or greater receive a full refund of any monies paid.  
    • Cancellations of less than 14 days will forfeit the 50% deposit that was paid.
    • Please read the Limestone Mansion Policies section for additional cancellation information for third party reservations, group reservations, etc. 
  8. Are there elevators?
    • Please note that our historic building, dating back to the 1800s, does not have an elevator. Access to the second and third-floor rooms is provided by a charming staircase, adding to the authentic charm of your stay. If you need assistance with your luggage, we are happy to help.
  9. Are there guest rooms on the first floor?
    • All of our guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. 
  10. Do the rooms have televisions?
    • There are Smart Tv's in all of our guest rooms.  These are ROKU enabled TVs that you can use your favorite streaming channel logins during your stay.  The TV's will log you out of your channels at the end of your stay. 
  11. Is there a workout room?
    • Yes! A workout room has recently been added.  There is a Peloton bike with cage peddles or delta cleat peddles, a bench, dumbbells, workout bands, and yoga equipment.  A waiver must be signed prior to getting access to the workout room.
  12. Are there mini-fridges in the rooms?
    • No, we do not have mini fridges in the rooms.  However, we have added a community room that has a refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs, seating and big screen TV.  There are labels to allow you to mark your items in the refrigerator. 
  13. What if I have medicine that needs refrigeration?
    • Please let us know if you have medicine that needs refrigeration so we can assist you with that. 
  14. How far is the Limestone Mansion from the Village of Cooperstown?
    • It is a little over 14 miles which is about a 20 minute drive from the Limestone Mansion to the village of Cooperstown, NY.
