At what time can guests check-in?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you expect to arrive later than 5pm, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements for your arrival.

Check-out is by 11:00 am.
Is breakfast provided as part of the stay?
Yes. A homemade breakfast is included with every stay. Each morning features a chef's-choice dish, with menus changing from day to day.
Can I invite someone who isn't staying at the Mansion to breakfast?
Yes, with advance notice and subject to availability. Additional breakfast guests are $18 per adult and $12 per child. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
What is your payment policy?
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due in full at check-in.
No. As a historic property, the Limestone Mansion does not have an elevator. All guest rooms are located on the second or third floor and require the use of stairs. We're happy to assist with luggage when possible.
Do the rooms have televisions?
Yes. All guest rooms have Roku-enabled Smart TVs. Guests may sign in to their own streaming services during their stay, and the TVs are set to automatically sign out guest accounts at the end of the stay.
Is there a workout room?
Yes. Our third-floor Fitness Nook includes a Peloton bike, adjustable dumbbells, a bench, resistance bands and yoga equipment. Guests must complete a waiver before receiving access.
Are there mini-fridges in the rooms?
No. Individual guest rooms do not have refrigerators. Our shared guest lounge has a full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, table and chairs, comfortable seating and a TV. Labels are provided for guests to identify items stored in the refrigerator.

The Limestone Mansion is approximately 14.5 miles from the Village of Cooperstown, about a 20-minute drive under normal conditions.
Where can I park?
Complimentary parking is available in the parking lot behind the Mansion and along Main Street in front of the property.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not permitted at the Limestone Mansion. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
